Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Please retain the packaging materials and keep the product in its original condition, as we require that all returns must be in their original condition and package. Upon inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the returned item(s). Please keep in mind shipping costs are not refundable. Refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please contact us for a RA number, securely pack the merchandise using the original shipping and packing material, include a copy of your invoice and RA number. After the items are securely packed, send the merchandise back to us at the following address. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.
