When Will My Credit Card be Charged

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Order Processing Time

Once the payment is approved, the address is verified and the item(s) are in stock, most orders will ship out from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. During the peak season, it could take up to 3 days or longer to process your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Item Availability

We update our stock level daily, however, stock levels fluctuate throughout the day and availability is subject to change without notice. You will be notified by phone or email if the item(s) are on Back Order.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

At Tooriginal.com, each shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item(s) (which we hope is exceedingly rare), please contact our Customer Care at care@tooriginal.com or call (888) 383-1688 immediately with your invoice number and item number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist with your return. If you are not contact our Customer Care for return instruction, you would be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Since our warehouse and office is based in California, we are required by California state law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a California address.

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside California. While it is not the responsibility of Tooriginal.com to collect any sales tax for orders shipped outside California, we suggest that you should contact your state tax authorities for further information.

Gift Wrap

At Tooriginal.com, your gift will be individually wrapped and delivered in a complimentary gift box as our gift to you. If an item is too large for the gift box, it will be delivered in our signature gift bag.
